Our In-House Government Policy Specialist:Dean Thomas is the Government Policy Specialist at JNK Securities Corporation. He is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of policy related meetings and events which highlight various policy coverage areas for JNK clients. Mr. Thomas most recently served as the Director of Congressional Affairs for the National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA) in Alexandria, Virginia. While there, he developed and maintained many important relationships with key Members of Congress. Prior to his career at NBWA, Mr. Thomas worked in a variety of different capacities for an Ohio Congressman. While working on Capitol Hill, Mr. Thomas was primarily responsible for issues and appropriations for defense and energy issues associated with his work with the House Appropriations Committee. Mr. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Mount Union and a Master of Public Policy Degree from George Mason University. Mr. Thomas holds his series 7 & 63. |
